Connor Lott is a highly driven, adaptable and creative individual, intentionally investing in people, through the actions of teaching, songwriting, music production, live production, management, marketing, communication, public speaking, mentorship, and discipleship. He is a constant learner and pursues excellence in all things, striving to give value to every person he interacts with. He has deep integrity, is efficient, organized, innovative, and resilient and wants to use his skills and experience to help other people be their best, and become who they were created to be.
Connor’s Mission
To empower people to realize who they can become, how they can live more intentionally, and make a difference with the time and resources that they have. Through his passion in areas of music, business, and spirituality, he hopes to be a small piece in building healthy community, strong relationships, reconciliation, and pointing people to the ultimate Creator, desiring every individual to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to live out their life’s purpose and calling.
Connor Lott
Connor Graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing with an emphasis in Music Business and Music Production. From there he went on to be the Production Manager of the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, toured the world with the Billboard charting Gospel/Reggae band Christafari, and then in March 2021 landed at the Watts Empowerment Center in the Imperial Courts Housing Project teaching and empowering the community in character development, music creation, production, and performance; and is striving to create opportunities to help their dreams come true.
He has worked diligently to bring the highest quality of work to an array of clientele, encompassing Justin Bieber with WeTheBand, The Roast of Alec Baldwin with Comedy Central, iHeartRadio, Milk & Honey Music, Disney, Andy Mineo, Phil Wickham, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Churchome with Pastor Judah Smith; along with many others. Whether he contributes studio technical recording, editing, and mixing; or speaking to an audience, managing a team, creating a live production with audio, lighting, and video; or anything else, he pursues integrity, efficiency, and quality.
He specializes in entrepreneurial production development and improvement within the spaces of studio and live production, and business management; consulting with many companies, ministries, and visionaries.
